Hi eran. i\'ll write in english since its easier for me.
recently while i\'m running, i experience pain in my mid foot which deteriorates after 3 km.
I\'m wearing Saucony shoes and I do Pilatis as well and in very good shape.
People have told me it has to do with a stress fracture.
where else can it originate in?

mid foot pain can originate in a stress fracture indeed but also in other structures such as ligaments, muscles, nerves etc.
my advice to you is to see an orthopedic surgeon that will refer you if needs be to a resonance test such as ultrasound or MRI to determine the source of your pain . i\'d also see a physiotherapist later on that will check the position of your foot-ankle-knees-hip and pelvis, check for asymmetrical balance, unbalanced muscle activity and eventually diagnose which part of your activity is causing the problem and make a treatment plan .

good luck
